My background was a successful career in finance so I understand the mindset of women who operate at a high level and expect results.

My journey into hypnotherapy began after a serious car accident. I turned to self-hypnosis to regain control of my mind and body — and to come off medication. It worked. That is when I understood what hypnosis can really do.

When I began thinking about motherhood, I came back to hypnosis. I know that journey — the hope, the uncertainty, the weight of it and so I know that hypnotherapy can do to support it.

I now use hypnotherapy to help women regain control, reduce internal pressure, and feel like themselves again — whether they are navigating fertility, stress, anxiety, sleep, or emotional exhaustion.
